| FAQ's (July 2010) |
Welcome to our FAQ page, where we try to answer some of your more frequently asked questions.
How can you help us with our strategic planning?
As an external resource we can often identify opportunities ,together with likely threats, which could otherwise remain unidentified. We have in-depth experience across a wide range of business-to- business sectors and are able to strategically review, evaluate and help position your business in relation to current and future market requirements and opportunities.
Why do you only undertake field based or teleresearch surveys and not postal?
Our market research/KPI projects are designed to be fast, practical, unbiased and cost efficient. Quite simply we find that we are able to offer guaranteed respondent levels through telephone or field based market research surveys. With postal surveys we are unable to offer this guarantee.
How do you charge for projects?
Planning defines our modus operandi. With objectives defined and agreed at the outset, fees and disbursements (expenses) agreed in advance, we offer a full retained or project-based service. Fixed fee means fixed fee and is normally for short or one-off projects. Full retained is normally for longer or ongoing projects such as full marketing communications, customer care, sales generation or Press and PR support. Once again, support levels are agreed in advance.
How can you help us improve our customer care?
By initially researching and helping you fully understand the demands and expectations of your customers. What they perceive to be your key strengths and weaknesses and how loyal they are to you. Based on the above, we help you develop and initiate proactive outbound customer care programmes on an ongoing basis.
How can you help us with our Press & PR?
We have helped over 40 clients with both UK and International Press & PR programmes. We maintain contact with over 150 publications in key market sectors and prepare the appropriate PRs, feature articles and one to one interviews to help you obtain ongoing press coverage. Additionally we help coordinate in-bound enquiries and responses as they occur.
